Spring EL events are shaping up!!!!

Hello all,

Just wanted to give everyone an update on the upcoming Eastern League competitions:

1.  The return of MASKC - Yes, MASKC is back and again part of the Maryland International Kite Expo, taking place on April 23-25 in Ocean City, MD.  We missed ya, MASKC!  Many, many thanks to Jay Knerr of the Kite Loft, Chief Judge Maggie Engvall, and Kitebus Festivals' Terry Murray for bringing back one of the classic Eastern League competitions.  Registration for MASKC 2010 is open from now until April 16, 2010.  If you plan to compete at MASKC, you MUST register no later than April 16.  The good news, it's crazy easy!  Just go to http://www.easternleague.net/MASKC/registration.html, fill out the quick registration form, and you're in!  You can even pay your registration fees online with any major credit card or Paypal account.  Let's show Jay and the Kite Loft how much we appreciate the return of MASKC by making it the biggest ever!

2.  ECSKC 2010 - This is the grand-daddy of all EL events, being held on Memorial Day weekend (May 28-30) in Wildwood, NJ as part of the Wildwood International Kite Festival.  The registration period for this competition ends on May 15, 2010.  To register, go to the easternleague.net calendar page and click the PDF link for ECSKC to download the registration form.  Make sure to fill it out and mail in no later than May 15!

Also, just to keep you apprised, the dates for ODSKC 2010 are set for June 19-20 at Dorey Park in Richmond, VA.  Once I have the ODSKC web site updated, I'll be sure to let everyone know.


After sitting around all winter (except of course, for you lucky dogs that got to go to TISKC!), ain't it great to have the spring to look forward to?
